are here to help St. Albert residents when they are not sure where to turn. It is a free, confidential service that will connect you to resources and services to meet your individual needs.
Community Support Workers can help navigate support and services such as:
- Mental Health
- Employment Services
- Addictions
- Transportation
- Support Groups
- Financial Supports
- Family Violence
- Financial Literacy
- Homelessness
- Form Completion
This service is available for residents of all ages, with one of the Community Support Workers dedicated to working with youth aged 15-24.

Wednesday evenings
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Downtown Library
Thursday evenings
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Jensen Lakes Library
Third Saturday of the month
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Downtown Library
2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Jensen Lakes Library
